SWMU 55 – Trichloroethene (TCE) Groundwater Plume at the Tow Way Fuel Farm

Groundwater investigations at the Tow Way Fuel Farm (SWMU 7) detected the presence of trichloroethene (TCE) and associated compounds in one monitor wells.  These constituents were not historically detected in groundwater at SWMU 7 and were not related to historic activities at SWMU 7.  For these reasons, the TCE plume was considered a separate source of contamination from SWMU 7 and thus identified as SWMU 55, the TCE Groundwater Plume at the Tow Way Fuel Farm.
